SHIPPING: 

We send most of our parcels using a tracked and signed for service. Please be aware that your delivery may need a signature. 


DISPATCH TIMES: 

We aim to dispatch your items within ten working days, but this may take longer during busy times. Once your order has shipped you with receive an email notification.

SHIPPING TIMES: 

UK - 1 to 3 working days.

Europe - 4 to 15 working days.

Rest of the World - 5 to 21 working days. 

(Royal Mail guidelines suggest 5-7 working days for international deliveries, but items are occasionally held up at customs so please allow for this).


PAYMENT: 

Payment must be made via credit card, or using Paypal at the checkout. Whichever method you use, we will never receive your card details. Payments are made securely, we receive the payment but none of your private information.


REFUNDS:

To return and refund an item please email us within 7 days of receipt (howlingmoonuk@gmail.com). Refunds are only given to unused, unworn items in a saleable condition. Postage is not refunded.

If your item has been damaged in transit or is faulty please email us (howlingmoonuk@gmail.com) with a photograph of the item. 

For returns of unwanted items, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Postage is not refunded.
